Service Description
This program had been created to help you create sustainable change, slowly but surely one step at the time. You will have forthnightly one on one session to change your mindset to create healthy change in your life. In between session we will stay contected by text for you to share your success and doubt. You will also have access to the 8 week Sunrise program. This program had been inspired by my own journey to reach my health goals.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing to work with Move with Cecilia! To ensure the best experience for everyone, please review the following policies regarding our coaching packages. Cancellation & rescheduling policy: Cancellations/rescheduling requests must be made at least 24h before the class to avoid any charges. Cancellations/rescheduling made less than 24h prior aren't eligible for a refund or rescheduling. No show policy: A no show occurs when a client does not attend a schedule session without prior notice. In case of a No show, the session will be marked as completed and payment will be still due. Refund policy: Refunds are only available for medical reasons and must be supported by valid documentation. It will cover ONLY the unused sessions remaining in the package. Requests for refunds MUST be made in writing and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. What you need to prepare to get the most out of your sessions, please ensure the following: Arrive on time and ready for your session. Wear suitable/comfortable attire depending of the sport. Bring water, towel and any required equipment as discussed in advance. Be in a distraction-free environment for virtual sessions. Additional notes: Packages are non-transferable & must be used within the agreed timeframe. Consistent communication ensures a smooth experience. Please inform me of any special needs, concerns prior to your session. By booking a coaching package, you agree to the terms outlined above.
